Limited personal, non-commercial use of provided materials is permitted unless specified otherwise.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

For paid Services (bootcamps, courses, software, automation development, or addons):

• All fees must be paid in full before access is granted
• Payments are non-refundable, unless stated in a specific product’s refund policy
• Prices may change at any time
• Continued subscription indicates acceptance of updated pricing

7. Community Rules (1001 Pioneer AI & Others)

By joining any AI Lab community (Discord, Telegram, or others), you agree to:

• Maintain respectful communication
• Avoid harassment, hate speech, or spam
• Refrain from sharing confidential materials publicly
• Follow moderators’ and administrators’ directions

We reserve the right to remove users who violate community guidelines.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may interact with third-party platforms or tools (e.g., Discord, payment gateways, automation APIs).
AI Lab is not responsible for:

• Availability
• Accuracy
• Security
• Terms  of third-party services.

You are responsible for reviewing their independent terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
AI Lab does not guarantee that:

• Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results obtained from AI models or automation systems will be accurate
• Provided materials will meet your expectations

Use the Services at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Lab shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Errors in automation outputs, AI predictions, or system decisions

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Services in question.

11. Termination

Upon termination:
