AI Lab studies AI automation where it counts: inside real businesses. We run the experiments, keep the notes, and publish them in the Journal.
How we work
Every experiment follows the same loop.

Build
We build automation for a real operational problem, with real data and a real team waiting on the result.
- 02
Break
We push it until it fails, and note how. Odd orders, missing data, and the exception nobody planned for all count.
- 03
Rebuild
We fix what broke and write down what we learned, so the next team starts further ahead.
Then the notes go into the Journal.
