Malang, 28 November 2025 — Today, AI-LAB officially launched a capacity building training program for the employees of the Bureau of Government and Regional Autonomy, Regional Secretariat of East Java Province. The two-day program, held on 28–29 November 2025, takes place at the UPT Cooperative Training Center in Malang.

The training carries the theme “Building an AI-Based Chatbot Step by Step”, a highly relevant topic in the era of digital government transformation. The goal is simple yet impactful: to equip government staff with the knowledge to understand how AI works and the ability to build chatbot solutions that can enhance public services.
The sessions are led directly by AI-LAB CEO, Miftah Fadli, an innovator known for his warm and practical teaching style. He is accompanied by Mifthahul Amien (CTO), who provides deep technical insights, and Yosia Purba (CMO), who shares strategic perspectives on communication and AI implementation within government institutions.
The atmosphere of the training is dynamic—filled with discussions, hands-on practice, and real-world case studies. Participants appear enthusiastic as they explore how chatbots can improve administrative efficiency, automatically respond to public inquiries, and streamline internal bureaucratic processes.

AI-LAB hopes this training marks a meaningful step for the East Java Provincial Government in building a more responsive, efficient, and tech-friendly public service ecosystem—while opening opportunities for new AI talents to emerge from the government sector.
AI is not just about technology—it’s about shaping a smarter and more human-centered future for public services.
